November 15, 2004: Techwell Moves Corporate Headquarters
Techwell, Inc. a leading designer of mixed signal video semiconductor solutions, today announced it has relocated to new, expanded corporate headquarters. The move reflects another major milestone as Techwell continues to build momentum in the display, industrial and automotive markets . The new location occupies 27,908 square-feet and is located at 408 E. Plumeria Drive, San Jose California.

August 22 , 2004: Casio releases new wireless and waterproof portable LCD TV using Techwells TW8800 chipset: Techwell and Casio today announced the release of the XFER XF-1000 wireless and waterproof portable LCD TV. Designed using Techwells TW8800 LCD TV controller with integrated video decoder, the XFER XF-1000 features a sleek 10-inch 640 x 480 screen, has a battery life of up to 3 hours, and includes a built-in 802.11b interface for streaming video and audio.

June 14, 2004: Techwell Expands Taiwan Office, Appoints Country Manager: Techwell, a leading supplier of digital video signal processing semiconductor solutions to the display, consumer electronics, PC and various other video application markets, today announced the expansion of its Taiwan operations and the appointment of Richard Chang as Taiwan Country Manager.
