December 4, 2006: Techwell, Inc. to Present at the Lehman Brothers Global Technology Conference- today announced that Hiro Kozato, Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Voll, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Lehman Brothers Global Technology Conference at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, California. Mr. Kozato and Mr. Voll are scheduled to present in the Garden Room on Wednesday, December 6 at 2:30 in the afternoon.

November 13, 2006: Techwell, Inc. to Present at Upcoming Financial Conferences- today announced that Hiro Kozato, Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Voll, Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the following financial events: • Stanford Growth Conference on November 15, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. EST. • UBS Global Communications and Technology Conference on November 15, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. EST

November 6, 2006: Techwell, Inc. to Present at the AeA Classic Financial Conference - today announced that Hiro Kozato, Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Voll, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the AeA 36th Annual Classic Financial Conference at the Monterey Conference Center in Monterey, California. Mr. Kozato and Mr. Voll are scheduled to present in room number 392 on Tuesday afternoon, November 7th and Wednesday morning, November 8th. 

November 2, 2006: Techwell Reports Record Third Quarter 2006 Financial Results - today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006. Third Quarter Highlights:
Recorded revenue growth of over 50 percent year-over-year Increased revenue across all product lines Achieved net income of $4.5 million, representing $0.21 earnings per diluted share on a GAAP basis 

October 30, 2006: Techwell Announces Highly Integrated TW2835 Four Channel Video and Audio Controller Solution for CCTV Security Surveillance Systems- today announced the release of the TW2835 Four Channel Video and Audio Controller. Building on the success of the TW2834, the TW2835 integrates six major blocks into one chip including four high quality NTSC/PAL video decoders, four audio A-to-D converters, an audio multiplexer, dual color display controllers, dual video encoders and an advanced OSD (On Screen Display). Techwell will demonstrate the TW2835 at the 2006 International Exhibition Show on Public Safety and Security in Beijing,China October 30-November 2, 2006

October 29, 2006: Techwell Announces Turn Key PCI Express DVR and Standalone DVR Solutions for the CCTV Security Surveillance Market- Techwell today introduced two turn key DVR solutions for the CCTV Security Surveillance market. Leveraging its extensive line of highly integrated, feature rich surveillance ICs, these platforms are designed to enable both PCI Express DVR and Standalone DVR manufacturers to go to market quickly with highly functional, cost effective solutions. 

October 26, 2006: LG Electronics Selects Techwells TW9919 3D Video Decoder for Integrated HDTV Solutions- Techwell today announced that LG Electronics, Inc., one of the leading global manufacturers of consumer electronics, has designed Techwells TW9919 3D video decoder into their latest integrated HDTV product line, the SuperSlim CRT . LG is currently in mass production of its SuperSlim CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) products with screen sizes ranging from 17 to 32 and intends to distribute these across the world including Asia, North America and Europe. 

October 25, 2006: Techwell Presents One of the World's Most Advanced 3D Video Decoder For HDTV Applications- Techwell today announced the release of its most advanced 3D video decoder, the TW9919. A result of years of concentrated research and development, Techwell introduced its first semiconductor with 3D video decoding in 2004 and has spent the last two years developing its 3D comb filtering algorithms for NTSC and PAL. 

October 13, 2006: Techwell, Inc. to host third quarter 2006 earnings conference call - Techwell today announced it would release its third quarter 2006 results for the period ending September 30, 2006 on Thursday, November 2, 2006 after the market closes. Following the release, the Company will host a live audio Web cast and conference call beginning at 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time.

September 28, 2006: Techwell Expands Strategic Presence in Asia with New Office in China- To meet the increasing demand for its products, Techwell, Inc, today announced the opening of its first sales and support office in China. Located in Shenzhen, near the center of China's fast growing technology base, the office is the latest addition to Techwells network of sales and support offices throughout the Asia/Pacific region. 

September 12, 2006: Techwell Ships Its 20-Millionth Semiconductor - Techwell, Inc., (NASDAQ: TWLL) today announced it has shipped its 20-millionth IC. The growth of Techwells shipments can be attributed to a growing sense of need for security surveillance systems, increased adoption of navigation, DVD and back up camera applications in automobiles, and rising market demand for consumer electronic devices such as LCD and plasma televisions. 

August 3, 2006: Techwell Reports Record Second Quarter 2006 Financial Results - Techwell, Inc., (NASDAQ: TWLL) today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006. Second Quarter Highlights: Increased revenues by over 30% year-over-year. Achieved net income of $2.9 million, representing $0.15 earnings per diluted share. Successfully completed $49.5 million initial public offering 

July  21, 2006: Techwell to Host Second Quarter 2006 Earnings Conference Call - Techwell, Inc. (Nasdaq: TWLL) today announced it would release its second quarter 2006 results for the period ending June 30, 2006 on Thursday, August 3, 2006 after the market closes. June 21, 2006: Techwell Prices Initial Public Offering Techwell, Inc. today announced that it priced its initial public offering of 5,500,000 shares of common stock, of which 2,540,225 shares are being sold by the Company and 2,959,775 shares are being sold by certain stockholders, at a price of $9.00 per share through an underwriting group managed by Lehman Brothers Inc., acting as sole book-running manager, and Cowen and Company, LLC, acting as joint lead manager, along with Needham & Company, LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Pacific Growth Equities, LLC. 

March 30, 2006: Techwell Adds Three ICs to Product Line for Growing Security Surveillance Market  Techwell, Inc. today introduced three additions to its line of integrated circuits for security surveillance applications. Extending Techwell's TW2800 family of security ICs, the pin-to-pin compatible TW2815 and TW2816 four channel video decoders convert analog composite video signals to digital component YCbCR data for standalone and PC-based DVR security applications. The TW2815 also includes audio codecs and combined with the new TW2700 4-Channel Compression Controller provide a scalable, end-to-end MJPEG DVR solution. 

January 19, 2006: Techwell Adds to Management Team, Names Mark Voll, Chief Financial Officer  Techwell, Inc. today announced the appointment of Mark Voll as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Voll, who has more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations management for technology-based companies, will be responsible for all finance and administration activity at Techwell. 

January 11, 2006: Techwell, Inc. Announces Proposed Initial Public Stock Offering  Techwell, Inc. today announced that it has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a registration statement relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The shares in the offering are being offered by Techwell, Inc. and certain selling shareholders.

January 5, 2006: Techwell Expands LCD Display Processor Line. Introduction of New Display Processors Targeting Emerging In-Car Display Market   Techwell, Inc., a designer of mixed signal integrated circuits for multiple video applications in the consumer, security surveillance and automotive markets, today announced the expansion of its line of LCD display processors with the introduction of the TW8804, TW8806 and TW8807.
